- What is Tae Bo®?
I created the original TAE BO over 20 years ago. Now I have made TAE BO even better with my all-new AMPED workout that takes TAE BO’s fat-burning, muscle-toning power to a whole new level. TAE BO technique includes moves such as marching and pivoting; stances, punches, kicks, and combinations. The TAE BO movement isn’t fancy – it is quite controlled and disciplined. Balance and good form are very important. The TAE BO classes and videos teach movements that use the entire body, from head to toe. It is important to remember to begin slowly.
- Why is it called AMPED?
It's called "AMPED" because it AMPLIFIES TAE BO's power to sculpt long, lean muscle, firm abs, and attack fat for maximum results in minimum time.

- How do I know if I’m doing the moves properly?
To learn proper technique, practice moves in front of a mirror to ensure you are learning the proper form for each move. Once you have mastered the 8 basic moves and can execute them properly, move on to the advanced moves section. Proper technique will help prevent injuries.

You must be consistent in completing the workouts. Take your time to get to know and understand what the workout is all about. Next, set your goals and make sure they are realistic. By doing these things you will retrain you mind and will to move towards a successful workout regimen. Remember the way you look today is the way your mind and will makes you look, because no one can surpass their free will. You have the power to achieve and do anything you want to do, but you have to put on the power!
